History

In the spring of 2003, Adam Heske and his family quietly opened the first Skeets location on FM 518 in Pearland, Texas. Few knew the hard road and huge obstacles it took for this young entrepreneur to realize his American Dream.

Four Years and Growing

Heske’s dream far exceeded anything he had ever imagined, and after four years, he realized that to continue to grow and prosper, the Company needed to restructure its management and its growth model through franchising. This has allowed Adam to focus on Skeets’ products and quality, maintaining an important role in senior operations. Today, there are many applicants being considered to become franchisees of this exciting and rewarding concept. We anticipate new stores to be developed in Austin, Houston, and Dallas. Negotiations are also underway with area developers for additional stores in Houston.

A Unique Specialty Food Service Concept

As Skeets moves into its fourth year of operations, the Company is confident it has created a specialty food service concept that includes an ever-growing market for catering and take-out and is unique to today’s franchise market. The menu, while simple and easy to manage, has received exceptional reviews by an overwhelming majority of guests and media. Original and flavorful products, coupled with a casual dining atmosphere, appeal to a broad audience of consumers, from youths and families to couples and the elderly.

Skeets will undoubtedly continue to enjoy business success now, and for years to come.
